High energy place that really did a great job on me. Needed to drop 10 lbs for my wedding and took the CXWORX class for a month. Lost 12 pound in 3 weeks!... with some healthy eating of course. Highly recommend!

I tend to point out bad things, but I was really pleasantly surprised! The positive energy was unlike any other place I've ever worked out at. I felt like I was part of a little family. The classes were run very smoothly and the equipment was very nice and clean along with the whole place. Would definitely recommend!
